Cricket Centre - Available to Hire

Our unique ‘Cricket Centre’, based in Wallington, Surrey, is available to hire for events ranging from as Conferences, workshops and meetings to wedding hire, funeral wakes, christenings and parties.  As a community based charity the 'Cricket Centre' also welcomes enquiries for use by local residents and community groups.

At ‘The Cricket Centre’ we offer spacious, light and modern function rooms with a licensed bar. With views extending over our cricket ground, we can offer you a relaxed and pleasant setting.

Remember by using ‘The Cricket Centre’, you will be helping us in ‘using cricket to change the lives of disadvantaged young people’.

THE FUNCTION ROOMS AND FACILITIES AVAILABLE:

• THE 'TUFFERS' BAR- This room has a light modern ‘café style’ feel with furniture and a modern licensed bar area to match. With views extending over our cricket green, this room has an abundance of natural daylight with a wall of glass doors opening out onto a balcony for summer days.

Here, we can seat up to 70 people in space and comfort in a variety of formats. For a standing buffet or drinks party we can accommodate up to 100 guests.

  

 


• THE 'MOLLY GILBERT' ROOM – This is our training or conference room which seats up to 44 people. Our modern modular tables can be used to suit most required formats of Theatre, classroom, board room and U-shape. As a partnership The ‘Tuffers’ Bar area can be used as a ‘break out’ room between training sessions.

• HIRE our CRICKET PITCH and GROUND - is available for hire during weekdays (and winter use is also welcome). The highly maintained pitch and ground makes for the perfect venue for your company away day or group/club event. The Ground space also offers plenty of options for any local community groups looking for a venue with a difference and who wish to run an activity or event for a large number of people.

• Catering Requirements – The Cricket Centre has kitchen facilities for light refreshments but we also have an established relationship with an experienced and high quality family catering company and will be happy discuss any catering requirements you have.

• Equipment, Technology and Office Services - The Cricket Centre has WI-FI capabilities and other office based materials and technologies can be discussed upon enquiry. The ‘Tuffers’ Room is equipped with flat screen TV with DVD player. Basic office services such as photocopying, faxes or printouts can be done by our staff for a small charge.

• Parking Facilities - 25 spaces including 2 disabled bays

• Access for All – There is easy wheel chair access into the Cricket Centre including a wheelchair lift and platform to allow for access to upper level floors and disabled toilet facilities.
